These Terms govern your use of TradeSync, a product provided by Anilytics.

1. The service

TradeSync provides trading-journal, performance-insight and optional community features. Features may change as the product develops.

2. No financial advice or brokerage service

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity conducted through your account.

4. Your content

You retain responsibility for journal entries, profile information, screenshots and other content you submit. You must have the right to upload and share that content.

5. Community conduct

Do not use TradeSync to harass others, impersonate people, distribute unlawful or harmful material, infringe intellectual property, attempt unauthorised access or misuse Community functionality.

6. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Account suspension and deletion

You may use the supported in-app account deletion process. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.

8. Intellectual property

TradeSync, its software, design, branding and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Anilytics except for user or third-party content.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anilytics is not responsible for trading losses or decisions made using information recorded, displayed or shared through TradeSync.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service develops.
