Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Anilytics (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use TradeSync.
1. Information you provide
Depending on how you use TradeSync, you may provide account information such as your email address; profile information such as a username, biography, profile image and preferences; trading journal information such as trading dates, markets, setups, notes and related information; screenshots you choose to upload; and Community information such as follows, connections and visibility choices.
2. Account and authentication data
TradeSync uses an account to provide authenticated access to your information. Authentication information is processed to create and secure your account, maintain your session and support account functions.
3. Images and Photos
When you choose a trade screenshot or profile image, TradeSync uses Apple's system photo picker. You select the specific image made available to the app. TradeSync does not require broad access to your entire photo library for this feature.
4. How we use information
- Provide and operate your TradeSync account and journal.
- Save your settings and preferred markets.
- Generate and display in-app performance insights and achievements.
- Provide Community, follower and connection features you choose to use.
- Apply your profile and trade visibility choices.
- Maintain service security and reliability and respond to support requests.
5. Community and visibility
Information you designate as public may be visible to other authenticated TradeSync users. Private profiles and private trades are not intended to be exposed through Community features.
6. Service providers and storage
TradeSync uses Supabase as backend infrastructure for authentication, database functionality and protected file storage. Information necessary to operate the service may therefore be processed using Supabase infrastructure.
7. Data security
We use technical controls designed to limit access to user data, including authenticated access controls, row-level security and private storage policies. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention and account deletion
We retain information while your account is active or as reasonably necessary to operate the service and meet applicable obligations. TradeSync provides an account deletion function. When you request deletion through the app, the account and associated data covered by that process are deleted subject to any limited retention required by law.
9. Your choices
You can manage profile visibility, trade visibility and other supported preferences within TradeSync. You can choose whether to upload images or participate in Community features.
10. Children
TradeSync is not designed for children. Users should meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the service and their jurisdiction.
11. Financial information
TradeSync is a trading journal and analytics application. It is not a brokerage and does not execute trades or provide financial advice.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as TradeSync develops or requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.
